First Time Clients:

  • Has it been at least 2 weeks since you've shaved, waxed, or any other type of hair removal?

  • Do not use ANY type of numbing creams/oils. The wax will not grab the hair and will make waxing a lot more difficult.

  • Show up 10-15 minutes BEFORE your scheduled time so you can fill out your new client paper work & use the restroom if needed.

       We are so happy you decided to choose us for your waxing needs.
We have recently changed a few of our policies.

  • Welcome, we are taking walk in at all of our Honey Bunny Locations.

  •  Honey Bunny encourages clients to continue Wearing Masks as recommended by the (CDC) and Hamilton County Health Department.  

  •  Even after the mask mandate is lifted Thursday, April 29, 2021, Honey Bunny efforts will continue to focus on the health of our team and our clients. To follow the recommendation that have proven to be effective in reducing the spread of COVID-19; we are recommending and implementing the following measures;

  • Wearing a mask, ( if not in service) 

  • Hand washing,

  • Physical distancing

  • Mask not required, we are a close contact business, and that increase the risk of transmission. While we are not requiring clients to follow the preventive measures, Honey Bunny will appreciate the efforts of every on following the measures to help prevent the spread.

  •        We have a strict appointment confirmation policy. If you have made an appointment for days/weeks in advance we REQUIRE you to confirm within 24 hours of your scheduled time. We will call and text you the day before or the day of as a reminder. If your appointment remains unconfirmed an hour after we have called or texted the day of we will move you to the waiting list. This means there is no guarantee that you will be seen when you come in. But we will try to accommodate in anyway that we can.
  •            We understand that things happen and that life can get a little crazy. If you can't make it to your appointment give us a call. We will be happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you do not call and let us know it will count as a missed appointment on your account. If you miss 4 or more our system will only allow us to take you as a walk in, which means we would not be able to schedule you in advance.
  •          If you are running late to your appointment, please give us a call. We will try to accommodate any way that we can. Do keep in mind that we schedule our appointments for 15-20 minutes (average Brazilian Wax). Times may vary depending on your service. So if you are running more than 5-7 minutes late we will have to reschedule you. This is to ensure everyone can be seen at their scheduled time.
